The Challenge

Heat and humiditiy was bringing the productivity down at one of the manufacturing unit of Apollo Tyres at Vadodara.They wanted to replace their existing cooling unit as it was not providing the satisfactory cooling.

Solution

After proper assessment of the site and detailed discussion with the plant head, we identified location where Air washer unit could be installed and then we suggested Air washer unit of capacity 30000 CFM with high static pressure of 55mm

Conclusion

Now the Management is completely satisfied with the solution provided as well as cooling performance.
